Open Data Editor

I've been following the Open Data Editor from Open Knowledge Foundation for a while. It's good to see in public beta.

It allows non technical people to explore files such as csv's and spreadsheets and highlight potential errors, make fixes and add meta data. It's designed to help publish data in an easier way.

I've used a similar approach in the data upload of the Local Needs Databank, although the ODE is more robust.
